Our food is produced on a small farm which is based 3km from Ratoath Village.  We love freshly produced farm food that is full of flavour and want our food prepared with the minimum possible interference. That means minimum processing and no preservaties.  That's why we do a farm to freezer animal.  All our meat is delivered fresh and not frozen, however if you are not using the meat straight away, we recommend freezing.  Freezing is a natural way to preserve our food.
