Custom Cut
With each lamb prepared especially for you, you can say how you like your lamb i.e. rack of lamb or cutlets! You can have the leg in the traditional way or get it boned and rolled. All lamb joints taste really well slow roasted, so if your not sure how to cook a joint just pop it in the oven on a slow roast for a couple of hours, or you can check out our recipe page!
Savings & Price
Most supermarkets charge on average €300 per lamb. A full lamb, butchered and vacuumed packed is €150.00. A half a lamb is €80.00.
Traceability
All lambs are brought to the local abattoir. The less time the animal spends travelling, the less stress it suffers. The meat is then brought from the abattoir to our cold room where it is 'hung' and matured to give maximum flavour and texture. It is then butchered and vacummed packed and delivered to your door at a time that suits you. Full traceability is therefore guaranteed throughout the food chain.
